Logidot's proprietary UWB technology with machine-learning models for stationary-anchors/mobile-tags, provides ~10cm accuracy in 2D/3D with low-latency and low power-consumption (12+ month battery-life) for fully-wireless deployments.
The approach uses two collision-free and tightly-synchronized timedivision-multiple-access (TDMA) radio buses (UWB and Bluetooth-Low-Energy) in parallel.
Combining pairwise distance and energy measurements with advanced data analysis techniques, a precise 3D-map with real-time positioning of all nodes acting in a relay is obtained. Concurrent transmissions allow reliable/efficient positional reporting with exceptional update rates (thousands of positions per second with tenths of nodes). For dependable wireless-mesh time synchronization, a reliable flooding-based mesh network was built to achieve sub-microsecond network-wide
synchronization accuracy, eliminating any single point of failure.
